GFF names under -15 training squad for St. Martin tournament

 

The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) on Monday shortlisted a 25 – man training squad that will be encamped up until Wednesday before leaving for St. Martin on Thursday for an under – 15 Soualiga tournament.

Guyana is expected to be amongst nine other competing territories who will vie for championship honours. The squad, however, will be trimmed to accommodate 16 junior Jaguars who will depart on Thursday for Saint Martin Football Association organised tournament.

The juniors are currently being encamped in New Amsterdam, Berbice.

Squad: Shawn Adonis (goalkeeper), Oswin Fredericks (goalkeeper), Jamari Fredericks (goalkeeper), Joshua Braithwaite, Wayne Da Silva, Cyrus Nicholson, Jermaine Padmore, Rickford Emmanuel, Kevin Reddy, Marcus Wilson, Okifi Patoir, Shannon Samnauth, Orville Daniels, Tyrel Khan, Derron Niles, Jermaine Garrett, Ravon Bayley, Trevon Adams, Omari Glasgow, Ken Salvador, Troni Semple, Kamani Milne, Ronaldo Rodrigues, Cephas Chase and Ntini August.

Coaching staff Bryan Joseph (head coach), Challous McKinnon (assistant coach), Eon DeVeira (goalkeeper coach), Charlene Henry (physiotherapist) and Rohanna Carryl (operations) are the other members of the technical staff, which will be spearheaded by the GFF’s technical director Ian Greenwood.
